Germany's best and most beautiful shooting range offers 23 shooting stands equipped with state-of-the-art technology and electronics, spread across a total of five lines in impressive scenic surroundings. All stands are easily accessible on foot. Alternatively, shooters can also hire off-road vehicles, known as ‘mules’. Due to high demand, we recommend making an online reservation. Private vehicles are not permitted within the course.
Each stand has several throwing machines that simulate flight paths and rolling rabbits at different levels of difficulty. The nearly 200 throwing machines on the course are continuously maintained and modernised, with the flight paths being varied regularly by our professional team. This enables us to offer a wide range that meets the needs of beginners to experienced professionals in every respect.
Our constant striving for improvement and innovation contributes to continuously increasing the appeal of the course for our members and guests. The high quality of our course is also reflected in the growing popularity of the traditional tournaments at Dornsberg.
For many marksmen in Europe, Dornsberg is considered the most beautiful and best hunting course. There are numerous parking spaces available at the starting point of the course, near the state hunting school. This is also where you will find the ‘Profi-Shop Markus Leibinger Jagd & Sportwaffen’, where non-members can pay the stand fee when registering. You will also receive a card on which the clay pigeons used are recorded electronically. Qualified range supervisors also receive a card to activate the shooting ranges.
Sufficient suitable rental weapons are available if required. Ammunition and all other equipment needed for the course can also be purchased on site. Of course, you will also receive professional support and advice here when purchasing hunting and sporting weapons, as well as suitable clothing, accessories and all the necessary equipment.
